This system adopts Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) GNSS high-precision positioning technology. A base station sends differential correction signals wirelessly to the receivers mounted on the excavator. Combined with attitude sensors, the system calculates the real-time 3D coordinates, position and posture of the bucket, arm and body. It compares the actual working status with the pre-loaded design terrain and construction drawings, then provides visual and audio guidance for operators. The system assists in accurate digging, grading and trenching, effectively improving construction precision, reducing rework and lowering labor costs.
